Lorry Driver
Role and Responsibilities:
Transport goods to customer from factory.
Inspect vehicles for technical and safety issues to perform preventative maintenance.
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations and parking) as well as with company policies and procedures.
Report defects, accidents or violations.
Load and unload goods in a proper manner.
Ensure routine service at workshop are complete according to schedule.
Ensure truck temperature is monitored constantly.
Any other Ad-hoc duties given by superior from time to time.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Candidates must possess minimum GDL
Preferred Skills:
Basic command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to follow instruction given by superior

JOB SUMMARY
Manages pick customer orders and physically pulls item from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of products. Also packs orders, including wrapping item to ensure orders are accurate and records of item to keep up to date.
Check and receive stock with suppliers with our purchase order. Responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure items match with the purchase orders number. Facilitate the return of damaged products to suppliers, and work with all departments to update details. Assist head of receiving and report to head of receiving on activities and issue by time to time.
Organizing workflow and ensuring staff understand their duties and delegated task. Monitoring staff productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Ensure that operations are carried out productively and profitability. Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding customers’ inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations to the customers through excellent sales service.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform quality check upon receiving stock as per request.
Handling damaged and spoiled products according to receiving SOP and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods
Ensuring compliance with health department, weights and measure requirements and invoice handling
Ensure all process of receiving are accurate and maintaining as per company SOP.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the storage area and entire department as well as equipment according to company SOP.
Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
Perform daily routine check to ensure tidiness of the entire department according to company standard.
Liaise with supplier for any quality and freshness issues and provide feedback to Manager.
Enforce FIFO (First In First Out) practice
Monitor the cold room temperature and take necessary action for any malfunction without affecting daily operation.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the factory as well as equipment (machines & utensils) according to company SOP.
Control the usage of packaging materials and replenish the material as when needed.
Control department expenses (packing material, manpower overhead & etc) in order to achieve cost effectiveness.
Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

No working experience required.
Physically agile and dexterous.
